I know i'm not the only one here obsessed with dumplings, because my instagram feed tells me so. #dumplings has 3M posts.
Over the last 20 years I have sold hundreds of dumpling charms, pendants, bracelets and earrings. Sometimes it is a food lover or chef that buys one of my designs but sometimes it is a grandma who calls her grandkids dumplings.
Dumplings come in many varieties and this week I was driven to make both potstickers and samosa at home.
