HUMMUS
This is a very garlicky version of the popular party dip. You can use less garlic and less oil if you like.
1. Place the chick peas, tahini, lemon. garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process to a smooth puree, drizzling in the oil.
2. Season to taste with salt and chill.
3.To serve, drizzle the top with olive oil, dust with paprika. Serve pita alongside.
