Japanese Sushi Knife Necklace in Sterling Silver with Black Silver Chain

No one appreciates a good knife like a sushi chef does.

This chef sushi knife necklace is the ideal way to express that feeling. It's great for chefs of any kind and especially sushi lovers.

The mini knife measures about 1" long.

It is made in sterling silver, hung on a black sterling silver chain, plated with ruthenium. Ruthenium is a member of the platinum family. You can choose your length of chain at checkout.

I hand carved the prototype for this knife, using a real sushi knife as a model.
